paperwork and presentation

We are planning to present our planning for the activities to ANSARA. This is because we need to have the approval of a trusted organisation so that other people will trust us and agree to donate any type of funds for the orphanage through us. Therefore, me, Athirah Nur and Che Nad as the secretary will prepare the paperwork and presentation at Che Nad's house this Wednesday. Helya

the orphanage

there is a change of plan. as u can see from the post that i sent before this, we might be helping an orphanage somewhere in negeri sembilan.
due to some transportation problem, we thought it's best if we choose an orphanage somewhere in kl or selangor. it hasn't been decided yet but we will choose after usher called the orphanage. Helya

new s/u

due to some problem, farhana badar had decided that she will not be the s/u for the group. therefore, nadira zuhri (513) a.k.a. che nad had been chosen to replace her. Helya

after the meeting

last sunday, we (helya, zahia, aqil, dhiyaudin) had a meeting. we agreed that these activities will be taking place this week. which is from the 21st until 25th january 2008.
1. asyaari will be calling the orphanages that had been shortlisted so that we can pick the orphanage that needs our help.
2. farhana fadhli will be collecting the names of the members, telephone numbers and e-mail address.
3. ateeka will be deciding the name of our group.

there is a possibility of having a meeting with the ANSARA. in the meantime, it is best for those who had already confirmed to me that they're joining to start collecting clothes, books, and other necessary donations. Helya
